Key broke off in Givi Top Box

Hiya...my key broke off in the Givi Top Box and I cannot open it or take it off my bike as its well and truly stuck in the lock...any ideas (preferably cheap ones) as to how I resolve the problem? Many thanks

Pull out the broken part with needle nose pliers if you can reach it.

If the key is in the lock just turn it with a screw driver or the broken off part of the key when its open just push off the clip on the lock and the barrel will slide out

JP is spot on, that will make things easier. Will give you a ring later or tomorrow n we can sort something ok. Brew and kake mmmmm , now what was I coming over for again........oh yes the lock, I don't think lol.

Thank you so very much Martin for being a total angel and getting that top box off my bike and managing to get the barrel out of it for me...well done...you sure deserved that cake..it was really kind of you!! How you survived the noise with me and Cathy chatting I will never know (wink) lmao x

Well slap me hard and call me "lucky" if my top box has done the same. Good job its covered under warranty lol. Not a key issue but a lock issue, its jammed tight lol.
