Kwak hope all has gone well and that you didn't have to stay in hospital. Take care and if you need anything give me a shout, well actually an email would be better don't want you getting a sore throat shouting all that way.

Aww bless thanks guys Yes C G I had to stay in overnite, home this morning. Thank you if I do I will. The surgeon said that the scan hadn't shown up just how bad my knee was. I started with problems about 3 years ago and he reckons that at the time the knee bled internally and collected a load of gunge along the way. Once the stitches are out and I keep doing the physio OUCH I should regain full mobility to it. So I'll be able to chase FMOH and kick his harris
