Sad to report that Lynns Raven Cafe near Whitchurch has closed down at short notice. No idea why, but it could well be a follow-on from the problems that Lynn had with the landlord a couple of years back. Over the last 16 years or so the Raven had become one of the big destinations for bikers, especially as it sat half way between Merseyside/Manchester and the West Midlands. All very sad, and let's hope that Lynn and Pete pick themselves up and move onwards. All is not lost as a meeting point, though, as the Midway Cafe a coiuple of doors along is still up and running.
Think I'm seeing double, I've already seen this in the forum's once but sad any way, only been there 2 or 3 time's but it's still sad to see a biker cafe close
