Glad i wasnt working that day! Cant imagine what that would have been like to sort out. Feel sorry for the people involved and their families obviously, but you have to wonder how so many people failed to see what was happening. If i was driving in zero visibility, am afraid i would pull onto the hard shoulder and/or gtf off the motorway.
