A bit sore round me hip just streching it out. I've been on me bike a couple of times and its a lot more comfy now. Gonna do a long distance this weekend to make sure. i think i'll be fine now though. Thanks fer askin.

I got my toe down in Wales in 1998, quickly followed by knee, hip, elbow, shoulder, back and finally head.
Then to prove it had been done I repeated the process several times over a distance of about fifty metres.
