I found out that there is a camping weekend at Oban Caravan Park this weekend. Fri 2nd July to the Sunday 4th July last count showed 28 people going.
http://www.obancaravanpark.com/sitemap.html area 14 has been booked for the bikers. Prices £12.75 for a tent with 2 people and £6.80 for a tent with 1 person. Prices include use of the shower facilities, these are not extra.
I also was informed that there will be hard standing places for the bikes. If any of you fancy going please PM me and I will add your names to the list,should be fun!

Will arrive home from London about Midday on Saturday and will need to sort some stuff out before I ride anywhere.
Sunday, we were going to head to Knockhill (have to see & hear those XR1200s being wrestled round that circuit).
However, plans can change and that is one of our favourite routes to blow some cobwebs out....
(and a couple of days later we are touring that area with my girlfriend and her brother for a couple of days - his first long distance route...Seven Sisters, Glencoe, Oban and maybe Skye)

I go for rallys and runs, but prefer rallys. Problem with runs is you go around in a circle every weekend not really getting to know anyone except for the smoke/fuel/food breaks.
IStill not sure what our plans are yet for this weekend but we should try to meet up sometime. We tend to go every direction but south on our rides but always open to new routes. (especially lekker ones!)
