My hubby & are are thinking of having a good ride out when we have our kids sorted so we can have a quiet weekend and are thinking a decent ride without returning home too soon so maybe trip out one day and home next.
Thing is an overnight where we can be sure our bikes are safe for the night and we can relax for a nice/comfy evening/night so has anyone got a bike friendly place they can recommend?

Well a LOT further away from you but highly recommended is The Ship Hotel, Aberdaron, North Wales. Lovely location with an excellent restaurant and a great bar :) .. oh and the beach is about 20 foot away :)
there used to be one called the donnington hotel in scarborough that was a bikers hotel !
although i havnt herd anything about it for years so im not sure its still going

Bit further than we would go for this one night but handy for Scarborough. Thanks both - handy to keep hold of for when time is a bit more free to go further
