check out a site called overboard.co.uk just bought a 60 lt holdall i use for going to work and now intend to buy a backpack.this stuff was originally designed for going down the river in a kayak and is about as waterproof as you can get even to the point of being submersed!Its every bit as good as kriega and half the price.
