OK i'v suggested we meet in the Saracens Head pub which also has food and is at the Premier Inn just oppiset the Christmas party venue for a pre party party at any time after 12, if any one wants to bring clothes that they may want to change into for the night they can use my room at the Premier Inn to change and leave there bags there, we will probably also meet in the bar before going over to the party on the night.
